In order to strengthen the supervision of food quality during New Year's Day and Spring Festival, the Provincial Bureau carried out sampling inspection of canned, meat products and dry goods in circulation links of Hefei, Wuhu, Suzhou and Anqing respectively.

 

This sampling inspection can be divided into 10 groups, involving 9 production enterprises, 10 groups of canned fruits and vegetables. After testing, 7 groups were qualified, 3 failed, and the pass rate was 70%. The test items are: lead, arsenic, tin, lemon yellow, amaranth, carmine, temptation red, sunset yellow, bright blue, saccharin sodium, cyclamate, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, dehydroacetic acid and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA).

 

This sampling group of 10 meat products, involving 10 manufacturers 10 groups of meat products. After testing, 9 groups were qualified, 1 failed, and the pass rate was 90%. The detection items are benzoic acid, sorbic acid, clenbuterol hydrochloride, cyclamate, lead, ractopamine, salbutamolamine, total mercury, nitrite, total number of colonies, coliforms, pathogenic bacteria (Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus aureus) benzopyrene, commercial asepsis.

 

This sampling inspection of edible oil 10 groups, involving 7 manufacturers 10 groups of cooking oil. After testing, 8 groups were qualified, 2 failed, and the pass rate was 80%. The detection items of edible oil are: transgenic, color, smoke point, benzopyrene, acid value, aflatoxin B1, solvent residue, peroxide value, pesticide residue, antioxidant, total arsenic, label.

 

This sampling vegetable products 10 groups, involving 10 production enterprises 10 groups of vegetable products. After testing, qualified 10 groups, the pass rate is 100%. The inspection items of the vegetable products are: total arsenic (as), lead (Pb), benzoic acid, sorbic acid, p-carboxybenzoic acid esters, saccharin sodium (saccharin), sodium cyclohexylaminosulfonate, calcium cyclohexylaminocarbamate (as cyclohexylaminosulfonate), potassium sulfonate acetate (ansame), Citrine and so on. Its aluminum lake (with lemon yellow juice), allure red and its aluminum lake (with allure red), nitrite, coliform bacteria, pathogenic bacteria.

 

This sampling inspection of drinking water 10 groups, involving 10 production enterprises 10 sets of bottled drinking water. After testing, 9 groups were qualified, 1 failed, and the pass rate was 90%. The drinking water inspection items include: color, turbidity, odor and taste, naked eye visible matter, pH value, conductivity, potassium permanganate consumption (in O2), trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, total arsenic (as), lead (Pb), copper (Cu), free chlorine (in Cl - count), total bacterial count, coliform, mold, yeast. Pathogenic bacteria (Salmonella and Shigella. Staphylococcus aureus.

 

This sampling inspection dry goods 10 groups, involves 9 production enterprises 10 groups of dry goods. After testing, qualified 10 groups, the pass rate is 100%. The dry goods inspection items are total arsenic, lead, cadmium, total mercury, sulfur dioxide, 666 and DDT.
