Celebrating the roots and health of our Latino is the best CcCo de Mayo Carnival!

When entertaining, most Hispanic families tend to be the most addicted family recipes. But as a nutritionist, I try to sneak into a healthy twist, as long as I can, without destroying the secret family recipes of Abu and Rita. As a Latino mother, it is important for me to continue our family tradition and keep in mind our culture and love for traditional dishes. So if you think it is impossible to celebrate Cimo de Mayo with healthy twist, keep reading. I have a delicious and interesting surprise for you! These strategies are simple and nutritious, but there is a magic that your family and friends will always remember. If this is what you are looking for, let's begin.

 

I will show you how to make your guests have delicious and healthy food, so that they can come back more. Here are my simple steps to take full advantage of your food and your family Cinco de Mayo:

The first step is to keep in mind that nutrition can be very simple.

When we try to do too many things in a short time, we often get into trouble. Once we realized that we had overtaken it, we ran to the nearest shop to find any food that we could catch. Unfortunately, the trip is expensive and stressful.

They use your simplest ingredients, such as canned tomatoes, chicken soup and corn. Besides, don't be afraid of appointing. Just cut your favorite corn pie into a triangle, stir with a few teaspoons of oil, sprinkle salt, and bake for a few minutes at 350 degrees until crispy and golden. Baking can provide crisp and delicious food.

 

Step 3 plan your drink station:

You know, drinks will always be part of the party, so provide various beverages to help those who want to drink some lighter, but still delicious. Put all calorie drinks in the cooler of the garage or move a little bit away while maintaining a healthier drink near the food. You may want to create a fresh model for your guests. Try to use all kinds of canned fruits to refresh Shangri-La.

 

Step 4- enjoy your company:

The atmosphere, the guests and the music party. Entertain guests so that they will not care only about food. Provide small plates to encourage guests to cooperate with each other.
