Recently, the Ningbo Customs seized a case of illegal export of infringing canned bamboo shoots, seized 216,000 fake canned bamboo shoots.

 

According to the Ningbo customs officer, the declaration elements of the goods look very standardized: declared goods named "canned bamboo shoots", "unlicensed" declaration specifications, classification is also consistent with the name of the goods, the number of declarations is 17280, the declaration weight and the weight of the inspection yard weighing is not much different. However, the goods were packed in 900 cartons and the total quantity declared divided by the number of cartons was not an integer, which attracted the attention of customs officers and issued inspection instructions for the goods.

 

From the opening of the box to the cargo inspection, the process is very smooth. When the customs officers randomly selected a certain proportion of cartons to open them for inspection, they found that the cartons were filled with goods, and the goods were indeed canned bamboo shoots declared, filled a whole container. But the canned bamboo shoots were marked with the words "A pine tree stands on a misty mountain" and a registered trademark. "Declared" no card ", how did it become brand? "After inspection, customs officers eventually found that the whole cabinet of canned bamboo shoots originally suspected of infringing other people's trademark rights.

 

After counting, there were 21 thousand and 600 cans of bamboo shoots, which were just filled with 900 cartons. According to the briefing, this is also the first time that Ningbo customs has seized food for infringement in the export freight channel this year.
