 Shantou leads the formulation of canned food machinery industry standard

 
Recently, the industry standard "Canned Food Machinery Canned Coating Dryer" (QB/T 5024-2016), jointly formulated by Guangdong Hanjiang Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd., Shantou Quality and Technical Supervision Standards and Coding Institute and Shantou Standardization Association, was officially approved and released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. It will be implemented in July 1, 2017.
 
 
 
This standard stipulates the general requirements, drying capacity, drying quality and safety requirements of the canned body repairing dryer, and puts forward for the first time the requirements of energy efficiency and electromagnetic radiation classification of the canned body repairing dryer, which is a great achievement of Shantou food machinery and equipment to seize the technical commanding heights of the industry and fills the vacancy of this domestic standard. White.
 
 
 
This is the first time that Shantou Food Machinery Enterprises have taken the lead in formulating industry standards, indicating that the standardization level of Shantou Food Machinery Manufacturing Industry has reached the advanced level in China.
 
 
 
The standard drafting unit lasted 2 years, and successively carried out field tests on three kinds of drying forms and several mainstream brands of tank body repairing dryers at home and abroad on the production sites of several canning enterprises, and completed the test methods and validation data analysis of the efficiency of the tank body repairing dryer, the electromagnetic radiation test method and the classification.
 
 
 
The promulgation of this standard will provide a standard basis for canned food machinery production and processing enterprises and inspection institutions, help to eliminate the backward mechanical products with high energy consumption and radiation, and have a positive significance for promoting the development of food machinery industry towards energy-saving and environmental protection and protecting the health and safety of food machinery operators.
