How to make dry shiitake
Dried shiitake is preserved indefinitely at room temperature, making them a perennial substitute for fresh mushrooms. For most preparations, you first need to dry shiitake again and then use them in any dish you make. Dried shiitake is delicious in pasta, or added to the soup. You can also mix the baked steak with the reconstructed shiitake. Shiitake is rich in B vitamins and proteins, making them a healthy and delicious food.
Step 1
Put 1 ounces of dry shiitake in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 2
Boil 1 cups of 1/2 cups of water and pour hot water into the bowl and cover with dried mushrooms.
Step 3
Let the mushrooms sit for 30 minutes while the water fills them up again.
Step 4
Place a mushroom in a large bowl with a fine screen filter. Use your fingers to squeeze out the excess water from the mushrooms.
Step 5
Keep the mushroom soaked water as any soup of soup.
Step 6
Cut the shiitake with the chef's knife. If they look hard and chew, throw the stem away and put the mushrooms in your favorite spaghetti or soup. Or beat it up with a napkin, then fry it in butter, then on a hot juicy steak.
