Is there anything that can pick up a peach tree from a tree? Family canned peaches make you fresh throughout the year.
Peaches can be processed in a water bath machine.

Prepare light or medium syrup. I prefer the syrup. Just heat the water and sweetener in the seasoning until the sugar is dissolved.
syrup
Light - 2 - cup sugar to 1 quarts of dehydration
Medium 3 cups of sugar to 1 quarts of dehydration
honey syrup
If you don't want to use processed sugar, you can also use honey to make syrup. Honey quickly became my favorite sugar substitute. The task of our family is to cut out lots of sugar from the kitchen.
Light 1 cups of 1/2 cup honey to 4 cups of water
2 cups of honey to 4 cups of water
You know what? If you don't want to add sugar, you don't even have to add sugar. You can be in the water. Sugar helps fruit to maintain its color and texture, but in this case it is not a preservative.

Begin to prepare the jars and take water in the water heater.

Prepare light or medium syrup. I like to make a canned peach with a syrup. Just heat the water and syrup in the pot until the sugar is dissolved. I like to do it in the teapot.
Peeling your peaches
Soak the peaches in boiling water for 30 to 1 minutes. I use my Blanche to make 5 or so peaches at a time.
Immediately remove the peach into the sink or bowl with cold water and stop cooking.
Cut the peaches in half and throw away the pit. You will notice that there is a seam on the side of your peach. If you cut the diameter of the peach along this line, you can dig the hole out.
The skin should slip on your hand. If your peach is a little green, it will be more difficult to skin. You can use a peeling knife to deal with stubborn spots.
I like to split the peach in half, but if you like, you can also cut it down a little. Fill the half of the peach with the side of the cavity. They are better packaged, and you will be more suitable in cans. If you have a jar, it is easier to put peaches at the bottom of the jar.
To prevent peach browning, you should slice the peaches and cover them quickly with syrup. Another way to prevent browning is to use ascorbic acid or citric acid to treat it. This should be available in the tin part of a grocery store or hardware store. Follow the instructions on the package.
When canned peaches, you can eat or hot. It's up to you. The difference is the number of peaches that you can fit in the jar and the space that you may have in the pot.
If you heat it up (heating the peaches in a pot), you can put more in the jug. If your raw materials are packaged, this is just a quicker way to make food packaging and preservation. Your choice!
Raw Bag ~ I like to put a can in my peeling, pits and slicing. Then I immediately covered the peaches with hot syrup and put them in the water heater to keep them warm for the next pot. This can prevent the browning of the peach.
Cut the hot peach into a slice of syrup. When you have enough fruit to prepare your jar, boil it and turn off the heat. Fill the jar with hot fruit and cooking liquid, leaving 1 / 2 inches of overhead space.
Wipe the washer clean, remove any bubbles, and place your lid.
