According to the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, our bureau has recently organized spot checks of grain processed products, condiments, meat products, dairy products, beverages, convenience foods, biscuits, canned foods, frozen foods, quick-frozen foods, confectionery products, tea and related products, wines, vegetables, fruits and fried goods. Food and nut products, egg products, sugar, aquatic products, starch and its products, pastries, soybean products, bee products, special dietary foods, catering foods, edible agricultural products and other 26 food categories totaled 2239 batches of samples. Among them, 2228 batches of qualified samples and 11 batches of unqualified samples are sampled and inspected. The sample information is detailed in the annex.

 

 

 

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned supervision and sampling inspection, the food and drug regulatory authorities in the place where the producers and operators are located have carried out verification and disposal in accordance with the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the Measures for the Administration of Food Safety Sampling Inspection, and ordered the illegal producers and operators to dismount, recall the unqualified products and thoroughly investigate the problems. Reasons and comprehensive rectification. Chengdu, Luzhou, Nanchong, Yibin, Dazhou, Bazhong, Yaan and Meishan Food and Drug Regulatory Departments shall report to the Provincial Food and Drug Administration for verification and disposal and make it public before September 28, 2018.
