 Canned pineapple prices in Thailand fell in the first half of this year

 
The export price of canned pineapple in China is 5% lower than that in the first half of 2016.
 
According to data from the Global Trade Tracking Agency, export prices of canned pineapple (HS200820) in Thailand have risen in recent two years, currently at $1,130 per ton.
 
According to the Thai Food Processing Association, the export price of canned pineapple in Thailand was $960 per ton in 2014, $1,160 per ton in 2015 and $1,200 per ton in 2016, the highest level since 2014.
 
According to the Global Trade Tracking Agency, Thailand's pineapple canned exports reached 296,900 tons in the first half of this year, equivalent to 295,000 tons in the same period last year.
