Japan will introduce packaging technology in full and will appear in cans of paper containers.

According to Japanese media reports, under the leadership of Japan Lile Company, Japan will introduce packaging technology in an all-round way, and is currently introducing filling equipment, etc. It is expected that a large number of products using the packaging technology will be listed in 2018.

Swedish company developed the technology of filling milk, beverages and other liquids in paper containers in 1951, and extended the technology to 170 countries in the world. One of the company's main businesses is to promote and sell paper container filling technology and equipment to beverage companies and food companies. Japan also introduced the technology in 1956. Paper containers are widely used in beverage-centered food industry due to their advantages of lightweight, space-saving, eye-catching printing, easy to use and recyclable use.

In 2003, the company made another technological breakthrough, that is, the development of packaging technology. The key point of this technology is to keep all the advantages of paper containers while also carrying out pressure heat treatment such as filling and sterilization. Past paper container packaging is not water-resistant and heat-resistant, and can not be used in the pressurized filling sterilization process with 100-130 degree steam. Therefore, high temperature heating, pressurized food can only use metal cans, glass bottles, distillation packaging bags and other containers. Three layers of high temperature resistant polypropylene material were added to the paper packaging, which can completely replace metal cans, glass bottles, distillation packaging bags and other containers. At present, about 50 countries and more than 150 brand products have adopted the packaging technology.
