At present, Zhangzhou mushroom raw materials mainly adopt tens of millions of households of loose cultivation mode, mushroom farmers have relatively low awareness of safe medication, some mushroom farmers in the cultivation process of medication is not standardized, mushroom canned raw materials have some potential pesticide residues. In recent years, some developed countries have paid more and more attention to the pesticide residues in canned mushrooms, and set strict technical trade measures for pesticide residues in canned mushrooms. The export of canned mushrooms from Zhangzhou to the United States was once totally blocked because the pesticide residues in canned mushrooms detected by the FDA exceeded the standard, which gave mushroom farmers and farmers. Export canning enterprises have brought huge losses.

 

 

 

In order to effectively solve the problem of canned mushrooms and ensure the smooth export of canned mushrooms in Zhangzhou in the new season, Xiamen Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has focused on applying risk management measures to promote the pattern of social co-governance, starting from the source of cultivation, and promoting the further development of pesticide residues in mushroom raw materials.

 

 

 

Firstly, by means of risk management, field investigation was conducted in the main producing areas of mushroom raw materials in Zhangzhou to understand the medication situation in the whole process of mushroom cultivation from sterilization to mushroom production, and multi-residue monitoring of mushroom culture materials and raw materials at various stages was carried out to master the varieties and medication rules of mushroom cultivation. According to the results of investigation and residue monitoring, the risk assessment of pesticide residues in canned mushrooms was carried out, and the monitoring and testing plan for canned mushrooms was adjusted in time to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of monitoring and testing. Secondly, we should promote the pattern of social co-governance, give full play to the leading role of trade associations in the development of industry quality, guide the Canned Food Chamber of Commerce in Zhangzhou to organize and implement the regional monitoring of agricultural residues in raw materials of mushroom bulk products, monitor the regional pesticide residues in 36 mushroom-growing concentrated areas in Zhangzhou, and grasp the background of pesticide residues in raw materials of mushroom comprehensively. Situation. Strengthen the source management, joint agricultural departments, production enterprises and other enterprises to increase the propaganda of safe drug use, guide mushroom farmers to standardize drug use. Thirdly, we should promote enterprises to fulfill the main responsibility of quality, and require enterprises to carry out risk assessment of canned mushrooms in new season. Based on the risk assessment results of Zhangzhou Bureau, we should determine the key items and frequencies of self-inspection of agricultural residuals, formulate the risk control scheme of self-inspection and self-control of canned mushrooms in new season, and ensure the effective quality of canned mushrooms for export.
