US anti-dumping investigation on China's 4 domestic canned mushrooms

The U.S. International Trade Commission announced that six members voted unanimously to conduct a quick sunset review of antidumping investigations on mushroom cans originating in China, Chile, India and Indonesia in order to determine the facts about the domestic industry of the United States caused by the products involved in the case within a reasonable and predictable period after the abolition of the anti-dumping measures. Whether the threat of qualitative or substantive damage will continue or happen again.

On February 2, 1998, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an anti-dumping investigation into canned mushrooms originating in China. The customs codes of the products involved were 2003 1027, 2003 31031, 2003 31037, 200 31043, 200 31047, 200 31053 and 071 1904000. On December 18, 1998, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued a final anti-dumping ruling in this case, which ruled that the dumping margin of the enterprises involved in the case was 123.16%-198.63%.
