A small number of imported foods are out of date sales. Inspection found that a brand of olive oil has expired shelf life, but still on sale; there is a brand of olive oil packaging marked production date see spray code, but spray code shows production date is January 25, 2010 (inspection date is January 21), suspected of forging production date. Some domestic fruits are suspected of counterfeiting imported fruits or unauthorized labeling of "organic food". There is a kind of "mango" with "Taiwan" in the packaging, which is expensive. However, the supermarket can not provide any import inspection and quarantine report, sales personnel claim to be from a company in Qingxu imported goods. There are also some domestic fruits, unauthorized attached to the "organic food" label, self-proclaimed "organic food", but the supermarket under inspection still can not provide the corresponding inspection report, law enforcement officers ordered the fruit off the shelves for investigation.

Commodity bar code is a set of regular arrangement of bars, empty and corresponding characters composed of the logo, used to express certain commodity information symbols. The Measures for the Administration of Commodity Barcode promulgated by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine stipulate that sellers should actively adopt commodity barcode. Law enforcement officials found that in some foreign wine labels and packaging, there is no regular imported wine due to the bar code, the bar code of foreign wine can not identify its import place, import time and other specific information. Law enforcement officers immediately ordered the sale of the product to be suspended pending further investigation.

 

Bulk misconduct

 

A kind of frozen shrimp, originally in bulk, is sold by salespeople without authorization in illegal packaging boxes with no factory name and address as "imported" products. The law enforcement personnel ordered the seller to correct the scene, and after the violation package was removed, the seller allowed further sales.

 

It's hard to find people without a "ledger".

 

The Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China stipulates that the importer shall establish a food import and sale record system, truthfully recording the names, specifications, quantities, production dates, production batches or import batches, shelf life, names of exporters and purchasers, contact methods and delivery dates of food. Food import and sale records shall be truthful, and the storage period shall not be less than two years.

 

During the inspection, some imported foods failed to provide inspection and quarantine reports at the inspection site, and the sales staff claimed that they could provide them later; some imported foods did not establish a complete import and export account. The law enforcement officers ordered the sale of these foods to be suspended and the shelves were investigated.

 

Be a smart savvy.

 

According to law enforcement officials, the Chinese label of food of legal origin must include the name, ingredients, net content, origin, date of production, shelf life, distributor, etc. The standard Chinese label of imported food is printed on the package, not another paste, especially the date of production, must be printed on the package. For the sale of imported food, it is necessary to attach a food label with a formal Chinese description, and to mark the name of the food, ingredient list, manufacturer, date mark, etc.
