Recently, a batch of 49 thousand and 300 dollars of canned mushrooms was successfully cleared at the US Customs in Zhangzhou, Fujian. This is Zhangzhou mushroom canned after 4 years after re-enter the U.S. market.

 

 

 

It is understood that since 2012, the United States has stepped up the detection of carbendazim in canned products. Many canned mushrooms in China have been notified because of the detection of carbendazim, and their exports have been seriously hindered.

 

 

 

From mushroom cultivation, production, processing, export to canning, Zhangzhou has formed a complete set of mushroom canning production, processing, circulation system. In particular, canned mushrooms have become one of the highlights in promoting local economic development. The total export volume of canned mushrooms in Zhangzhou is nearly 80% in China. The United States is one of the main markets for canned mushrooms in Zhangzhou. Over the years, the Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has strengthened its guidance and management to obtain a "pass" for the export of mushroom cans to the United States to ensure the smooth export of mushroom cans to the United States.
