In fact, there are many things to eat in winter, but the sugar gourd is the most delicious at this time, so it sells well.

 

One autumn, my mother-in-law pickled a jar of cucumbers. After winter, open it and taste it. It's bad. The cucumber is sour. I tasted one and said it was delicious. Keep it. Mother-in-law put the jar of cucumbers out of the window. Every day she filled a small dish with a little sour cucumber with ice. It was cool, pure and sour, appetizing and eating. If there is no ice, the sour taste will fade a little. Later, I met a friend who came back from Russia. He said that he missed Russian sour cucumbers most. He drank ice beer in winter and ate sour cucumbers as immortals. I dare not tell him that there are sour cucumbers in my house, lest he rob me.

 

 

 

I believe canned food will be very sweet in the south. But it is only sweet, without cold polishing, it lacks the smooth and incisive sharpness. Cool is a taste. Similarly, heat is a taste. People like to have a cup of hot water to drink slowly. Hot water must be different from ordinary white water. But pure natural "heat" is difficult to achieve pure natural "cool" so stimulating. Hot air doesn't adjust food to its best condition just like cold air. There is a passage about a tourist who goes to Harbin to watch ice lanterns and buy beer in a restaurant. The waiter asked him, would you like it cold or at room temperature? Tourists are in a hurry. Say, on such a cold day, would you let me drink iced beer?
