It is understood that at present, there are 18 canned asparagus export enterprises in Heze, Shandong Province. In 2009, the export volume accounted for 42.4% of the total national export volume, accounting for 30% of the total world trade volume of canned asparagus. In the first half of this year, 349 batches of canned asparagus were exported to Heze with a value of 16.419 million US dollars, further consolidating the position of canned asparagus in the international market.

 

In order to strengthen the quality and safety of canned asparagus, Heze Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, on the one hand, pays great attention to the source safety monitoring, on the other hand, gives full play to the guidance and guidance role, assists the local government to promote the construction of Asparagus Planting demonstration area. We will comprehensively implement the enterprise classification management system, further expand the product conformity assessment model, and implement the rapid release model of conformity assessment for canned products on the basis of enterprise supervision and safety monitoring. The government, inspection and quarantine, leading enterprises, agricultural cooperative organizations and other resources will be organically integrated to implement the "five in one" development model of export asparagus quality and safety demonstration zones with enterprises as the leader, bases as the backing, standards as the core, brand as the guide and market as the guide, so as to comprehensively enhance the international competitiveness of export canned asparagus.

 

In order to solve the outstanding problems existing in the export of canned asparagus, the Bureau has formulated and promulgated the Guidelines for the Daily Supervision and Administration of Export Food Enterprises and the Conditions for the Dissemination of Export Food in Heze Inspection and Quarantine, and implemented the system of single supervision and photography in export sensitive countries and regions.

 

Actively improve the level of service enterprises, strengthen the training of enterprises, combined with the changes in foreign laws and regulations, timely training of quality management personnel and testing personnel of export canned enterprises, and constantly improve the self-checking ability of enterprises; increase research and support efforts, in-depth enterprise front-line, timely help enterprises to solve production and operation In the process of difficulties; actively play the advantages of information technology, take the initiative to track changes in foreign regulations and regulatory requirements, as well as the detection of domestic monitoring, timely adjustment of inspection and regulatory measures.
