According to statistics, from January to September of this year, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province, has exported 755 batches and 12403 tons of soft-packaged canned fruits, with a value of 216.67 million US dollars. The batches, weight and amount of canned fruits increased by 30%, much higher than the annual growth rate of about 10% of traditional tinned fruits.

 

In order to promote the positive and healthy development of the soft-packaged canned fruit export industry, this year, the Taizhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in combination with the activities of "quality improvement" and "special rectification of import and export food safety", has gone deep into the guidance of soft-packaged canned fruit export enterprises in its jurisdiction. One is to strengthen publicity and training in daily inspection supervision and regular supervision, and to enhance the quality and safety subject responsibility consciousness of enterprises through various channels. Secondly, in view of the problems of easy leakage of seals and more kinds of additives used in the production of soft-packaged canned fruits, actively help enterprises to find out the causes, seek countermeasures and strictly control the safety. Third, through the "quality comparison and upgrading" activities, so that soft-packaged fruit canning enterprises can understand the advantages of learning from advanced peers, and further establish and improve their own traceability system, quality management system, and constantly improve the quality and safety level.
