On October 29, 2010, Taiwan's health department issued the following announcements: Good Hygienic Standards for Vacuum Packaged Foods, Labelling Regulations for Vacuum Packaged Foods and Amendments to Good Hygienic Standards for Canned Foods.
1. Announcement of "vacuum packed food"? Good hygienic standard ":
(1) this specification applies to the relevant food manufacturers of vacuum packaged instant foods.
(2) In addition to conforming to the relevant provisions of this Code, the relevant food manufacturers of vacuum packaged ready-to-eat foods shall conform to the food? Good hygiene regulations.
(three) the terms related to this specification are as follows:
1. Food traders: refer to those engaged in the manufacture, processing, blending, packaging, transportation, storage, sale, import and export of food or food additives.
2, vacuum packed food: refers to degassing sealed food in closed containers.
3. Closed containers: Containers that can be sealed to prevent air and microorganisms from invading, including metal, glass, sterilization bags, plastic and laminated composite containers and other containers that meet the above conditions.
4. Ready to eat food: products that can be eaten without any cooking steps after being unsealed.
5, salt concentration: salt quality accounts for the percentage of all solution quality.
6. Water activity: refers to the expression of free water in food. It is the ratio of the vapor pressure of the food in an airtight container to the vapor pressure of pure water saturated at the same temperature.
(four) specification for vacuum packed instant food stored and sold at room temperature: regular
1. Vacuum packed instant food with any of the following conditions can be stored and sold at normal temperature:
(1) the water activity is less than or equal to zero point eight five.

2. (five) specification for vacuum packaged instant food, refrigerated storage and trafficking:
1. Vacuum packaged ready-to-eat foods with water activity greater than 0.85 and refrigerated are required to be stored, transported and sold at 7 degrees Celsius. Cold storage? Down in? .
