Through establishing and improving the self-inspection and self-control management system for manufacturing enterprises, it has done great harm to risk assessment. Targeted focus on monitoring, effectively reduce the risk of products to the minimum, the risk management ability of production enterprises has been effectively improved. For most export cans that are self-checked and self-controlled according to the requirements, immediate release is implemented, which greatly speeds up the customs clearance speed and saves 8-10 days of customs clearance time for export cans. At the same time, in the context of the international economic downturn, the export canned goods industry has been pushed forward against the trend by means of reform to release its potential, promote development and promote reform. In the first 11 months of 2016, 16,624 batches of canned goods were exported, weighing 354,000 tons, which increased by 4.66% and 3.27% respectively over the same period of last year, reaching a new historical high.
