It is understood that the two batches of canned food valued at $115.7 million were sent to Nigeria in mid-October after being inspected by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau of Nanchong, and arrived at the Nigerian port at the end of the month, and were successfully admitted through inspection.

 

 

 

"This is the first time that our canned food has been exported to Nigeria. At present, there are eight canned food exporting countries and regions in our city, including Malaysia, Vanuatu, Brunei, Kiribati, Liberia, Papua New Guinea, Nigeria and Hong Kong, China. Zhu Min, a staff member of Nanchong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, told reporters that in order to improve the market competitiveness and customs clearance rate of canned food in our city, our city promoted and copied the advanced experience of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, actively integrated into the "Yangtze River Economic Zone" inspection and quarantine integration deployment, and fully utilized the "Sichuan Inspection and Pass" electronic customs clearance, "3 + 3G" supervision and control. Mode and other convenient measures will shorten the time limit for examination and approval by 1 to 2 days.

 

 

 

It is understood that canned food accounts for a large proportion of our city's export trade, with an average annual export of nearly 5 million dollars of canned food. In the first 10 months of this year, 90 batches of canned goods and 4.428 million US dollars were exported, up 20% and 21.73% respectively.
