Zhangzhou inspection and quarantine bureau takes measures to promote the transformation of import and export canned enterprises. One is to strengthen publicity, improve the correct understanding of the transformation of domestic sales, change the concept that export canning enterprises are only keen on the international market, ignore the domestic market, guide them to aim at the domestic market, find the product positioning, actively participate in competition, adopt the management strategy of both domestic and foreign markets, and stick to the "two feet" approach. The two is to promote the export of canned enterprises "the same standard line" production, implementation of quality and safety system certification. At present, 18 enterprises in the jurisdiction have passed ISO certification, 24 HACCP certification, 17 IFS certification, 16 BRC certification, and 3 JAS organic certification. In addition, some enterprises have passed Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Environmental Safety Management System, BSCI, YUM, HOSHER, HALAL and other domestic and foreign security system certification. Thirdly, we should promote the construction of quality and safety demonstration zones for export of bamboo shoots in Nanjing, give full play to the brand effect of national demonstration zones and expand the domestic market. In 2014, domestic products of Ma bamboo shoot exceeded 1 billion 400 million yuan, an increase of 8% over the same period last year. Among them, the canned bamboo shoots and seasoning bamboo shoots produced by the export canning enterprises of Zhangzhou appear in the domestic supermarkets, and are favored by consumers. Fourthly, export canning enterprises should be encouraged to build their own brands, strengthen their own brand awareness, guide them to adopt advertising, exhibition, supermarket, and network to promote their own brands, and encourage enterprises to strive for famous brands at all levels. At present, 23 export canning enterprises have been established and participated in the domestic market competition with their own brands. They have obtained 3 famous trademarks in China, 8 famous brand products in Fujian, 12 famous trademarks in Fujian, and 16 famous trademarks in Zhangzhou.
