According to statistics, Zhangzhou Bureau of Inspection and Quarantine accepted 16,624 batches of canned goods for export inspection, weighing 354,000 tons from November 2016, an increase of 4.66% and 3.27% respectively. Among them, the batch and weight of export cans reached a record high in the same period. In the global economic downturn, as China's "canned city", the export of the canned industry in Zhangzhou has maintained a steady growth and never stopped its development.

 

 

 

This year, the Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has made use of its own technological information advantages to help export canning enterprises to accelerate the cultivation of new foreign trade advantages with technology, standards, brands, quality and service as the core. Implement the national supply-side reform requirements, promote export food enterprises to achieve domestic and foreign sales of "the same line with the same standard homogeneity" to help enterprises better co-ordinate domestic and foreign markets. Firstly, 100% of the export food filing enterprises should be trained in food protection program to guide enterprises to establish HACCP management system with food protection function; secondly, to help enterprises realize the transformation of domestic sales. To help the four qualified canning enterprises to dock and accept the "same line, same standard and homogeneity" information public service platform of the Commission and participate in the "same line, same standard and homogeneity" activities; and third, to help the Chamber of Commerce of the Canning Industry of Zhangzhou to build a public service platform to provide domestic and foreign laws and standards inquiry, risk early warning, industry information release, and personnel training. Training, technical policy consultation, enterprise brand publicity and other services.
