In the first half of 2016, Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau accepted 8,494 batches of canned goods for export and the quantity of canned goods was 186,000 tons, an increase of 6.75% and 3.62% respectively compared with the same period of last year. Among them, the volume of canned goods for export reached a record high in the same period. In the global economic downturn, the export of canned goods industry continued to maintain steady growth.

 

 

 

This year, the Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has made use of its own technological information advantages to help export canning enterprises to accelerate the cultivation of new foreign trade advantages with technology, standards, brands, quality and service as the core. Implement the national supply-side reform requirements, promote export food enterprises to achieve domestic and foreign sales of "the same line with the same standard homogeneity" to help enterprises better co-ordinate domestic and foreign markets.

 

 

 

100% of export food filing enterprises are trained in food protection program, which can guide enterprises to establish HACCP management system with food protection function, and help enterprises realize the transformation of domestic sales. Four canned enterprises in the jurisdiction will be helped to dock with the "same line, same standard and same quality" information public service platform of the SCRC and participate in the "same line, same standard and same quality" activities.

 

 

 

At the same time, we will help Zhangzhou Canning Chamber of Commerce to build a public service platform, provide domestic and foreign regulations and standards inquiry, risk early warning, industry information release, employees training, technical policy advice, enterprise brand publicity and other services.
