Yesterday, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision announced the first half of this year, the city's production and processing links of food sampling results, the results show that the city's food and food-related products sampling qualified rate of 92.0%. Among them, 38 kinds of food such as wheat flour, edible vegetable oil, edible salt, sugar, vinegar, monosodium glutamate, milk powder, liquid milk, liquor, beer, canned food, instant noodles, fruit and vegetable juice beverages have passed 100%.

 

In order to ensure the quality and safety of food in the production and processing, the Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision carried out supervision, spot check and hygiene monitoring on the raw materials and related products used by food production enterprises in our city in the first half of this year. A total of 3690 batches of all kinds of food and food related products were sampled, 3395 batches were qualified, and the qualified rate was 92.0%. Among them, 90.0% of all kinds of food samples were qualified; 100% of the food related products were qualified; 98.9% of the food raw materials and food related products were qualified. Overall, there are three characteristics in the first half of this year.

 

First, there are lots of sampling lots and wide coverage. The two is the high rate of spot checks. Three, the quality of raw materials used by enterprises is stable and the pass rate is 98.9%.

 

In view of the results of the spot check, the Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision has taken measures such as ordering corrections and punishments to further strengthen the post-processing efforts in accordance with the principle of supporting the superior and governing the inferior.
