According to "planning", we should vigorously develop fruit and vegetable juices and canned fruits and vegetables during the "12th Five-Year" period. Develop concentrated fruit and vegetable juice (except concentrated apple juice), non-concentrated reduction (NFC) fruit and vegetable juice, complex fruit and vegetable juice, main ingredients of fruit and vegetable juice products, actively develop citrus, peach, pineapple, edible fungi, light sugar canned, mixed canned and other products, vigorously develop dehydrated products such as mushrooms, onions, garlic, pumpkin, etc. Large-scale production of dehydrated potatoes, sweet corn, onions, carrots, peas and other quick-frozen vegetables such as taro, spinach, green beans and green knife beans will be steadily developed, and the production of quick-frozen fruits such as strawberries, lychees and bayberries will be increased.

 

Speed up the development of fruit and vegetable logistics. The emphasis is put on popularizing and applying the new technology of fruit and vegetable storage and transportation, developing new fresh-keeping agents and materials, rapid detection technology of quality and safety of fruit and vegetable, developing cold chain storage and transportation system of fruit and vegetable, establishing information platform of fruit and vegetable logistics, vigorously developing the Internet of Things of fruit and vegetable, and improving the level of fruit and vegetable logistics.

 

Raw materials producing area development, processing, consumption, regional development, terminal products

 

"Planning" proposed that fruit and vegetable juice processing should develop concentrated fruit and vegetable juice (pulp) processing in the main raw material producing areas, and develop fruit and vegetable juice terminal products in the main consumption areas to form a product structure suitable for consumer demand. Tomato sauce and concentrated grape juice were developed in Western Xinjiang, peach juice and concentrated pear juice were developed in Hebei, Tianjin and Anhui, concentrated citrus juice and NFC juice were developed in Chongqing, Hubei and Sichuan, and tropical juice was developed in Hainan, Guangxi and Yunnan.

 

In the processing of canned fruits and vegetables, the production of canned citrus, canned peaches, canned edible mushrooms and canned tomatoes has been concentrated in Zhejiang, Fujian, Hunan, Shandong, Anhui, Xinjiang, Hebei and other traditional production provinces, so as to strengthen the comprehensive utilization of by-products and develop high value-added products. Taking the two factors of raw material base and product market into account, we will make rational layout of the processing industry.

 

As for the processing of dehydrated fruits and vegetables, the emphasis should be laid on the development of dehydrated fruits and vegetables industry in the main producing areas of fruits and vegetables and the southeastern coastal areas, the establishment of export processing bases for dehydrated fruits and vegetables, the development of export processing bases for dehydrated fruits and vegetables to the western and northeastern regions, the enhancement of export capacity to South Asia, Central Asia and Russia and other European countries, and the formation of "double-excellent" processing for "superior varieties Layout.

 

As for quick-frozen fruits and vegetables, we should develop fast-frozen fruits and vegetables industry in the main producing areas of fruits and vegetables and southeast coastal areas, establish fast-frozen fruits and vegetables export processing base, and develop to northeast, Xinjiang, Yunnan and other border provinces, forming a circular development layout.
