After passing the inspection and Quarantine of Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, the canned bean curd was smoothly exported to the Netherlands. Fujian took the lead in successfully entering the European Union market.

 

 

 

EU countries are very concerned about the safety of genetically modified foods, and are very strict in the control of bean products. Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau actively took effective measures to help enterprises to cope with the requirements of relevant technical standards and help the smooth export of canned tofu. We will actively carry out research on EU regulations and standards on genetically modified organisms and labelling requirements, strengthen the collection and collation of risk early warning information, and dynamically and timely inform production enterprises of foreign markets and quality and safety requirements.

 

 

 

At the same time, the enterprises are urged to constantly strengthen the consciousness and ability of self-inspection and self-control. On the one hand, they should strengthen the source management, do a good job in the evaluation and audit of qualified suppliers, purchase and use non-GMO tofu raw materials; on the other hand, they should strengthen the inspection of finished products and do a good job in the GMO inspection and verification of canned tofu in time.

 

 

 

In addition, the reform of export food mode should be carried out to further speed up customs clearance, do a good job in customs service and ensure smooth customs clearance of export products.
