According to the data provided by Zhangzhou Inspection and Quarantine Bureau on March 3, 2017, 4413 batches of canned mushrooms were submitted for export inspection, with a total quantity of 99,000 tons and a value of 120 million US dollars, which increased by 5.30%, 4.21% and 6.09% respectively over the same period of last year. This year, the export of canned mushrooms in Zhangzhou opened red.

 

 

 

This year, Zhangzhou Bureau of Inspection and Quarantine has made use of its own technological information advantages to help export canned enterprises speed up the cultivation of new foreign trade advantages centered on technology, standards, brand, quality and service. Implementing the requirement of national supply-side reform, promoting export food enterprises to achieve "same line and same standard homogeneity" in both domestic and foreign markets, and helping enterprises better coordinate domestic and foreign markets.

 

 

 

To train 100% of the export food record enterprises in food protection plan, guide enterprises to establish HACCP management system with food protection function, and help enterprises realize the transformation of domestic sales. Help qualified canning enterprises in their jurisdictions to connect with the information public service platform of "same line, same mark and same quality" of the Accreditation and Accreditation Commission, and participate in the activities of "same line, same mark and same quality".

 

 

 

At the same time, we will continue to build and improve the public service platform of Zhangzhou Canned Industry Chamber of Commerce, and provide services such as inquiry of domestic and foreign regulations and standards, risk warning, industry information release, training of employees, technical policy consultation, enterprise brand publicity and so on.
