Others are fresh vegetables, such as asparagus and purple cabbage, which are mainly exported to Hongkong and earn about 100 million yuan.

 

 

 

As the main supplier of edible fungi, the city's export of edible fungi this year increased by 48.1% year-on-year, the dried mushroom is the single index of the country's first. This is due to the timely adjustment of export focus from Europe and the United States to Japan and South Korea; the development of intensively processed agricultural products, the construction of standardized mushroom cultivation demonstration base to ensure the hygienic quality of mushrooms, and higher than the market price acquisition. At the same time, the largest specialized market of mushroom in central China has been built, and its radiation and distribution capacity has been expanded.

 

 

 

Liu Changhua, director of the Foreign Cooperation Department of Hubei Agricultural Department, analyzed that the global economic crisis had a certain impact on the price of agricultural products consumed by residents and the export of agricultural products. But agricultural products belong to basic consumer goods, first of all, their value is in the low-end level, with price advantages; secondly, the export of agricultural products with local characteristics, it is difficult to find substitutes, for the importer, stop importing means that the cost of eating higher, not cost-effective. This year, the number of export enterprises in our province has increased by 20% over the past year.
