Chengdu Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Chengdu Administration for Industry and Commerce, Sichuan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau recently inspected the quality of some food and imported food produced and sold in the production and circulation links of this city, and selected products (merchants) such as cakes, soybean products, noodles, dairy products, canned goods and wine.
 
 
 
1. The Chengdu Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision conducted a spot check on 224 batches of products produced by 208 pastries, soybean products, noodles and dairy products enterprises in Chengdu (attached to the list), and 209 batches were qualified, with a qualified rate of 93.3%. The samples were tested for moisture, acid value, peroxide value, lead, aflatoxin B1, sorbic acid, benzoic acid, calcium propionate, potassium bromate, saccharin sodium, cyclamate, acetamide, colorant, aluminum, colony total, coliform, mold, pathogenic bacteria, dehydroacetic acid, protein, carbonyl value, acidity, total. Sugar; total number of colony, coliform bacteria, pathogenic bacteria, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, lemon yellow, sunset yellow, amaranth, carmine, sodium saccharin, cyclamate, total arsenic, lead, sodium bisulfite; cooking quality, acidity, cooking loss, benzoyl peroxide, aluminum, sunset yellow, lemon Yellow and dairy products, melamine and other important quality indicators. At the same time, the cake increased the risk index of non-edible substances borax, dimethyl fumarate detection, soybean products increased the risk index of non-edible substances acid orange II, alkaline Orange 2 detection, the results are "undetected". The main unqualified items and reasons in pastries are the excessive or excessive use of food additives, preservatives and aluminum-containing bulking agents; the total number of microbial indicators, mold indicators exceeded the standard; the total sugar content of products labeled as "low sugar" exceeded the standard of <5%, up to more than 20%; the total number of colonies exceeded the standard in one batch of soybean products.
 
 
 
2. Chengdu Administration for Industry and Commerce has carried out quality monitoring on the canned food market in the circulation link of Chengdu. The canned foods sold in supermarkets in Dujiangyan, Jinjiang, Qingyang and Wuhou were sampled. This monitoring mainly aimed at the lead, nitrite, benzoic acid, sorbic acid and other indicators of canned food were tested. The monitoring results showed that the quality of canned food was good and 55 batches of samples were sampled. All the above indexes were qualified.
 
 
 
3. Sichuan Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau accepts 19 batches of imported food inspection, 19 batches of inspection and quarantine qualified, the qualified rate is 100%. The Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision has ordered enterprises producing unqualified products to stop producing and selling unqualified products immediately, to make rectification and to investigate and punish them in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
