For jam and juice cans, Qiu Kai said that jam cans are jam-like or block-like jam products processed by canning technology. Generally, soluble solids are above 65% (refractometer at 20 C) without preservatives, but they must meet commercial aseptic requirements, such as citrus jam, strawberry jam, canned peach jam, etc. The shelf life is usually two years. Canned fruit juice is a kind of fruit juice product processed by canning technology, without adding preservatives, but it must meet the requirements of commercial sterility, such as orange juice, pineapple juice, coconut juice, almond dew canned, etc. The shelf life is generally not less than one year. When choosing this kind of product, consumers can judge whether it is canned food by reading the label ingredient list or inquiring the product standard (execution standard).
